Right, but that doesn't all go to the Flames building. Public money for a public field house makes sense. Same with transit, and most other things you outlined. But at least you laid it out, most people I talk to throw that half billion dollars out there like it's just going into 'an arena for billionaires'.

I agree that the location was a mistake though. The site needs to be cleaned but this isn't the way to do it.
