So how about the Raiders to Vegas likely being done tomorrow? NFL wants it to happen for one very specific reason, and it's not the taxpayer money they'll get out of Nevada. It's because the Raiders leaving opens up the replacement for Los Angeles as the leverage spot to extort more taxpayer money for future stadiums, since Bay Area team #2 is pretty close to as big a market as it can get for a second team outside Chicago.
