This is how Trump "negotiates". In business he simply says "Do it my way or I don't pay. I have more money than you and better lawyers so you better do it."

That's not negotiation and when your bullying powers are somewhat limited as it is in politics it doesn't work.

^^ yes an enemy list. The problem for him is the guys he can't convince are the guys who represent his core voters. That's why the entire week has been about appeasing the "Freedom" Caucus. But by moving steadily to the right and making it a completely useless healthcare bill he will lose the center republicans especially in the Senate. And the administration needs to be scared of that because if they truly loose them when it comes time to vote on things, rather than mean words from the likes of McCain, they will lose complete control of the agenda. That might be the best thing to happen for the american public as it may force governance from the center.
