I should have said walls are actually insulated already and have drywall, but it's got a few nicks in it that would need a fix. So, basically, some plaster and paint is all that's needed there. And some form of baseboards, if that's a thing that's even desirable? I don't know how people normally finish the spot where the pad meets the wall. All there is is drywall.

I don't know enough to know if I should have a preference. There's a natural gas line for a bbq in the yard, but don't know if it extends to the garage. Similar on the wiring - I believe it's amenable to heating but not positive.

It's a newly built house so all that's there is drywall dust.
