Indeed it was successful for my lower back pain until the disc got too bad (the other good thing was losing 80 pounds such that it rarely bothers me too much now. Still constant discomfort but I live with it just fine.) The advantage was for some reason continuing chiropractic visits were covered by my insurance but physical therapy visits I had a limit of 5 (yay USA!). There was no "oh look your right leg is longer than the left today so lets pull on it for a bit and pretend it's the same length 5 minutes from now".

Then he retired and the new guy that took over his office was all "I can cure your asthma! I can cure your allergies!"

"What's that about allergies?"

"Come to me 3 times a week for a couple weeks and you'll notice your allergies will get better!"

"Oh you mean to tell me that in two weeks when oak season is done I won't have my oak allergy anymore? Funny how that works. Somehow I don't think cracking me back a few times."

I never went back nor did I ask how "adjusting" my bones would make the lining of the lungs not get inflamed when I'm exposed to a trigger. And no I'm not buying "nerve alignment".
No you see, there are vi...*pfff*...viruses in your spinal col...*uhhheheh*...column that are excised when he ad....*juuuuuhahahahahaha*
