We saw with Obamacare that it didn't help with the price at all, it went up. Plus jobs were lost because companies were forced now to pay into this mandate or lay people off or hire part time. It was a terrible plan, not that Trumps is much better.

Yes it should be, the insurance industry is an oligopoly with high barriers to entry meaning without regulation gouging will occur and the consumer is worse off.
