It shouldn't be. It's the big money lobby's influencing the politicians in the US is the reason why the prices are so high, price fixing. It's not the actual cost, if anything it should be cheaper in the US then any other place.
We saw with Obamacare that it didn't help with the price at all, it went up. Plus jobs were lost because companies were forced now to pay into this mandate or lay people off or hire part time. It was a terrible plan, not that Trumps is much better.
