Generally I'm a pretty good sleeper - no problems. But for some reason Sunday nights always give me problems. Years ago it was stress related as I was always thinking about the upcoming work week, but I have very little work related stress now. I think I just have it in my head now when I head off to bed on Sunday nights that I'm going to have problems falling asleep....and then I'm hooped.
I find listening to late night talk radio helps for some reason though, I'll often fall asleep with the radio on.
