I have always had trouble sleeping, I fear I won't be able to change it.... ah well...
Anyways, something that has been suggested to me, if it's because you have something on your mind and that is what keeps you up, write down (or just say out loud) everything that is bothering you. Bills, friends, work, family, whatever. Sometimes that gets everything out and let's you relax so you can fall asleep.
