Same thing here.
Pro's: Got lots of work done. Never felt tired.
Con's: Probably because lack of sleep, but I was always cold, shivering. I was physically drained, I actively played soccer twice a week (still play soccer), played dodgeball and squash too, but there were some days I couldn't make it up 1 flight of stairs.
