Tape a Flames game and then watch it repeatedly.

Seriously though, I had insomnia once, and pills didn't help. Made me groggy in the morning and it still felt as if I took hours to fall asleep.

My best recommendation is to find out what is bothering you, and make a plan to tackle the issue. Once you have a plan of action, you'll sleep better. Drugs will only mask your pain! (I say the last part tongue in cheek but much insomnia is caused by worry of some sort.)
