Not living in Calgary I don't hear much of the local media talk. Which probably isn't a bad thing but Hudler always seemed to be engaging with fans. Who knows.
His Lady Byng season doesn't get the credit it deserves IMO. Top 10 in scoring. Led the NHL in even strength goals. Major award winner. Best season by a Flame skater not named Iginla in what, 25 years?
