I offer the following as a genuine attempt to help you out; have you had your resume looked over by somebody who specializes in resumes? I ask because I found your post hard to follow with grammatical errors; and if your resume looks the same then I can see why it is possible to be getting passed over.

I do realize that this is indeed a less professional setting than a resume; however it is possible that somebody looking at CP might be looking for somebody with a business management degree; but may stop short of contacting you after reading your post.
