Just perusing through some Heat stats since I hadn't looked in a while.
Poirier hasn't played since Feb 18th and before that hadn't scored in 13 games.
Shinkaruk with just 1 goal in his last 26 games, and goalless in 11 games.
Pribyl with just 1 goal and 2 assists in his last 14 games, and hasn't played since the 8th of March. What, is he injured AGAIN?
What is it with these bums? Get it together FFS.
All three of them under contract for another year too, wasting contract spots, and taking up oxygen down in Stockton.
Pribyl seems like he's made of glass, but one more year might not be too bad for him, but Poirier and Shinkaruk are clearly going the wrong direction now. I usually like to take the optimistic route, but it's not looking good.
At least Janko, Magiapane and Klimchuk seem to be trending the right way, hopefully they can keep that going and not pull a "ShinkaPoirier"
So tired of our skilled prospects who aren't top picks fizzling out.
The odd Ferland, Bouma and Hathaway are nice and all, but our farm system hasn't produced a top six forward since Backlund.
