Those are the best examples you can come up with - interference, an elbow, a sort of knee, and goaltender interference? For a player with a 19 year NHL career that's all you could come up with. I was truly hoping for something of substance that I had forgotten. At least Burrows bit a guy.
You're embarrassing yourself more than usual.
But you are right, he wasn't a darling, he was a semi-skilled player who made the most out of every bit of skill he had by standing in the hardest spot in the rink, every single game. He was the ultimate team player who put his body on the line every single game to win. He was a player that every single fan would want on their team on their top powerplay unit, standing in front of the next, willing to get hit with a puck travelling near 100 mph to potentially get a goal.
