15-2 Gas-Oil hydrotreater, part of the bitumen upgrader at Syncrude, not the mine per se. That's a significant fire and will be an expensive fix. It's twin, 15-1, blew up in the early 90's and the rebuild was long and complex compounded by super cold conditions. Not good for Syncrude that's for sure.
