I don't think Obama will sue.
There you have it. Speaking metaphorically, fake media, etc. Same old song and dance.

Obama won't sue as there's no evidence it caused irreparable harm to his public image. And the courts won't waste their time with a case like this.

Willing to bet that by next week this isn't even a talking point. If it is, Trump will deflect by making some other outlandish statement.
