With tonight's 5-0 win over the Canadiens, the Flames move to 3-0-0 in March. They have won 8 straight, have points in their last 10, and are 13-2-1 in their last 16 games. The red snake is now 0.439 points below the black line, the closest it has been since the season started! The red snake remains 1 point back of the hotter, green snake, and 17 points above the easier, purple snake. A 9-6-0 record in the remaining 15 regular season games will allow the red snake to finish with 96 points, a 1.2 PPG pace.
In honour of the Flames tying the franchise win streak, and for being closer to the black line than at any point in the season, I'm presenting a bonus, horizontal snake.
