Yup, putting some high speed tiny cameras into the posts themselves would clear up 95% of the inconclusive results that still occur.
Have them all with the centre of the lens directly on the back of the goal line. "Low tech" and mostly foolproof. I mean they have cameras in the net now, why not add more?

It still wouldn't solve the problems with goals being hidden by goalies/equipment, though it would have helped in '04.
