Also, Vegas is at zero professional contracts - well, one now. 
 
If they are planning on having an AHL team, and in fact, any kind of organizational depth, they need more than just the 30 guys they are going to pluck from the other teams. 
 
And they can't just go out and sign 10-15 UFAs either.
