Watched the highlights of the speech this morning. He definitely sounded more restrained and dare I say it, "presidential". But like others have mentioned, all that proves is that he can stick to the teleprompter. It's obvious he had absolutely nothing to do with the writing of that speech, and he still peddled the same garbage, just with a softer tone.
