My first attendance in quite a while. Some thoughts:
-The crowd was quiet watching the game go back and forth, there were not a lot of moments that may get you off your seat. Then that Gio hit on Brown was so loud. It seemed loud in part because the crowd had been so quiet, and it reverberated though the dome and really woke everyone up. Suddenly the crowd got into the game by cheering not just watching.
-Then there were two tv timeouts within minutes. It sapped the energy from the crowd somewhat.
-Gaudreau really turned it on at times.
-I was surprised how poised Elliot looked all game, it was nice to see. He looked in great form, made some great saves.
-Two of the missed calls against LA were perplexing, and that also sparked the crowd.
-Get rid of those damn red spotlights.
