No not the highly rated - highly lucrative Fox News Channel but the FNC, the French News Channel, and like the French the name is a captivating one, France 24. - tagline, surrendering at 6, 10, 12, 4, and 8 pm Paris Standard time (ok I added that last part in).

BREAKING NEWS - this will be popular for Fair and Balanced reporting in Mogadeshu, Paris, Pakistan, NPRK (said in a screeching voice) Southern Lebanon, Brussels, Amsterdam, and along the San Francisco dock area.
Let me guess, one of their weekly shows will be - "The Interworkings and Greatness of the UN" and their other ratings grabbers - "How International Organizations arent highly efficient and not bloated".
I will say this, if Melissa Theuriau is a host, i will be PnPing it with the actual FNC and MSNBC and the occasional CBCNW (only TheHour and a few documentaries - nothing else).
It will be interesting to see what CBC Newsworld would look like if it was ran like a 24 Hour International News Network.
