Do you work downtown? Royal Gardens is only 6km away and has LRT nearby. It also looks to be easily bike-able if you are into that. Cavenaugh is outside the ring road, which to me would be way to far. The only benefit is it is closer to Calgary
, and the "Edmonton" Airport. But if you work downtown, everyday is what matters, and a long commute is soul-sucking.
