I can't imagine the arrival of Bishop will sit well with Quick. For him to rehab all year, only to have LA acquire "another number 1" right when he returns won't make him happy (he's already a bit of a hothead to start with).

I would like nothing better than to put up 6 on whoever starts on Tuesday night -- just to mess with their heads and start a goaltending controversy

Given the low acquisition cost, I was actually thinking Edmonton wouldn't be a bad rental destination for Bishop (similar to LA), to give Talbot a night off every now and then. However, Bishop had a limited NTC (only 8 teams), so he probably would have to agree to it. Edmonton also doesn't have a reliable backup (like Budaj or Elliott/Johnson) to send back the other way.
