5 G, 14A in 62 games. 2 short handed points, 2 GWG. 51% FO. He's having himself a great year and I don't know how much more you could ask of your 4th line guy without getting better linemates *cough* Bouma *cough*.
Honestly the idea of a tough 4th line C is a lot like trying to find the next Lucic. Everybody wants one but teams have made it without having that specific type of role player. The best 4th Cs off the my head this season are different with Cullen on the Pens and Beagle with the Caps. Main thing is that they're veterans who can play hockey beyond hitting and have a positive (51 and 56% respectively) faceoff percentage.
