I spent a ton of time researching the impact on properties within the flight path now that the city is cracking down and actually enforcing the zoning within certain flight boundaries. If you are buying an already subdivided lot/infill then all you need to acknowledge is that you are in the flight zone. If you are buying as an investment for future building opportunities or legal up down suite, be very careful!

There are drawbacks to any community and those drawbacks of Inglewood have been pointed out. Most of my clientele who have inner city on their list have Inglewood near the top and the real challenge is finding the specific home they want within the community.
