This team has a new positive culture and the last thing I want to do is have the distraction of Iggy coming "home" and taking away from the task at hand.
Also, if I'm a young guy trying to get ice time and I feel can contribute more than Iggy, but Iggy gets preferential treatment based on his career resume, that can be a disruption to my development.
