I think tensions are high with fans, given the way this season has gone. That's the reality of it though.
Bishop isn't going to return what a lot of people hope a top 10 goaltender would, especially as a UFA but you still can't let a big asset like that walk away for nothing. You need to get something. Even if it's picks that you can use to make moves elsewhere, or package with guys to urge teams to take the salary.
I don't personally think you need to add to Flip/Garrison to move them as they're still valuable on the ice, but it could help move a team away from wanting retention.
Honestly though, if we dealt both Garrison and Flip @ 50%, that'd be like clearing $5M in cap. Along with Bishop gone ($5M), you free up some nice space to work in extensions for Drouin and Palat.
I also would really like to see TJ dangled out there for help on the back end.
Lots of work to be done upcoming for Steve. I'm willing to bet we see minor, minor deals though, if any at all.

We playred,imho, non a good third period. I don't remember any scoring chances created by our guys.
I'm not optimistic for the rest of the season and for the final place in the Conference.
