I haven't watched a lot of games this season besides the Flames and Jets. Is it common for referees to call a penalty and then discuss it and then un-call it? I don't know if I've ever seen that happen with other teams besides the Flames, but like I said I haven't watched many other games lately. It just seems like the refs have no clue what's going on about 90% of the time.
