the per episode budget for Walking Dead probably isn't quite at the level of Game of Thrones, but that 1980's quality green screen effect is unacceptable for cable TV's biggest show. it looks like they spent more on the dumpster zombie's spiked helmet than they did that shot of the whole landfill.
