Yes. Of 100 goals/shots/fenwicks/corsis/USAT/SAT, Giordano and Hamilton will be on the ice for 60 for and 40 against.
For the relative stats, it's a comparison of the ratio of goals for when they're on the ice versus when they're not on the ice. The Flames score 60% of the 5v5 goals when they are on and they score an absolutely miserable 38% when they're not.

Yes, this is also true, but they're first or second in all the raw shot metrics as well and 8th (as of today) in Goals for %. With respect to their team they're near legendary, but even with respect to the whole league they're still the best.
