Follow the Wild Atlantic Way from Enniscrone to Carne for a couple rounds before settling in Galway for a bit. I'd look into at least one of the big names in the Clare/Kerry route: Lahinch, Tralee, Ballybunnion, or Trump International Golf Links and Hotel Doonbeg just to scratch at least one off the list (but they'll all run you about 200 euros) and pretty much take your pick of the lesser played routes since they'll have the same vistas as the big names. If you're not chasing scorecards it can be hard to justify the price of them if you're just looking for some casual rounds. Then end off in Cork and you've hit a pretty good stretch of Ireland.
