Most republican candidates since Bush have warranted their negative coverage, or are you here to tell us about how wonderful candidates like Rick Santorum, Ted Cruz, Newt Gingrich, Mike Huckabee etc etc etc were? The closest thing the GOP has had to a decent nominee was Romney and he had more than his fair share of legitimate skeletons in his closet.
This is the myth of the lack of balance in the media. Grotesque politicians deserve to have grotesque coverage.
