Well that whole post seemed rather condescending. I did say it was pulled. I also said it was pulled due to public backlash because Pickton could get proceeds from the book, and the publisher says they were tricked into publishing it, not because no one was buying it.
I also never said they were hugely popular, and I'm not saying it's something I'd ever read. I just think there's more of a market for it than you like to think there is. Daniel Rolling and Pee Wee Gaskins both wrote books, Gaskins apparently in quite detail. And they've both sold copies.
