Well those good old rust belt/old coal country voters only see EPA regulations as the reason why their coal jobs disappeared, so they're all about killing the EPA.
Also, Flint still doesn't have clean water. Flint hasn't had clean water since 2014, if I remember correctly. They also had an issue with a Shigellosis outbreak, which happens when people aren't washing their hands (which when your tap water is chocked full of lead, I can't imagine why people aren't washing their hands enough).
