Provide they aren't originalists out of convenience. Gorsuch ruling that corps are people under the RFRA really stretches any textualist interpretation by willfully ignoring the definition of person that was used at the time the legislation was passed in favour of a much broader interpretation which allowed him to rule as he wanted to.
