Very sad in terms of the VISA ban. I assume there are going to be a lot of people that try to return home, especially those with Green Cards and find themselves without a home to return to.
I can't see how this doesn't get challenged in the courts and in a sane world over turned. Its blatant religious bigotry at best, and a overall example of selective racism at worst. Also the appearance of impropriety in terms of not carrying the ban over to countries that have a Trump corporate presence is stunning.
At first I thought that the impeachment wouldn't happen for strategic reasons, that the Democrats wouldn't support it because Trump will ensure that they could run an inanimate carbon rod in the next election and win. But now I have this sense that we're looking at the fate of a nation.
The Roman Empire, the greatest empire to ever exist collapsed because of complacency and poor leadership. You get the sense that the American Empire is about to hit a fork in the road where a collapse could happen because of something that pure evil, and wrong.
