My question would be the context of how Brouwer used.
Is he getting massive defensive zone starts?
Is his quality of competition high?
Could be the answer to both is "yes", and it just so happens when those guys are matched with Brouwer that they are getting harder minutes than when they are without him.
I don't have the answers at my finger tips, but that would be my thought from visually watching Brouwer's utilization.
