They may have been around the State Department and diplomatic services but only Patrick Kennedy could be considered a Bush appointee. All the rest were appointed later on by Obama to their current positions.

And based on the above the data, Obama rapidly got rid of Bush appointees for the Assistant Secretary of State for Administration, Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs and Assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Nonproliferation.
And getting rid of Victoria Nuland from the State Department is a good thing.
