I agree with you completely, especially in the last few years. His stats (and games played) were decent with the Mets and then fell off of a cliff with the Jays (especially the last couple of years). Who knows what his career will do now.
To insinuate that he would have no MLB career without Dickey though? Needs to be challenged.
