Anyone else getting Jonas Hiller vibes from Brian Elliott right now? Seemingly every game he gives up a softy that the average goaltender would stop; especially that leaky glove hand. His save% is the 2nd worst in the league right now at .891 while only facing 27 shots a game which is amongst the lowest in the league. To me, he's a product of the St. Louis system which makes below average goaltenders look good.

I've given up on him at this point, we're 50 games in and his play continues to be down right deflating to a playoff hopeful team. I'd prefer to see what David Rittich or Jon Gillies can do at this level rather than continue to watch Elliott fumble away our season like Hiller did last season.
