Frankly blaming the coaches for everything is entirely stupid. At some point the players have to take a hard look in the mirror and look at the fact that over the last week or so with a exception or two, they're playing lazy hockey.

So the fact that Gaudreau, Monahan, Bennett, Brodie, Giordano have all taken a big step back under Gulutzen is just a coincidence? Or did they get together and agree to start ignoring coaches and not try hard just to spite Gulutzen?
