At the end of the day, anybody who has Sportsnet is a Sportsnet client and they should want us to continue to watch their network. Perhaps the higher ups aren't aware of the problem or perhaps there is an actual issue above and beyond their control, which would be nice if we were made aware of.
I dealt with Scott Moore on another matter and to be honest he got it all sorted almost in a day so what do we have to loose? If anybody is interested in perusing this further let me know with a like or comments below.

Really the it's the Flames you should be complaining to as it's up to them to ensure their product is being reproduced in a quality manner. Rogers is going to do the least amount possible to deliver a product.
