The police called me and asked me a few more questions about the incident for their report, I then asked them what potential outcomes could come from this. The officer said that the complaint is now on his record, if he gets into an at fault accident the insurance company can subpoena his driving records and any complaints from the police. Could potentially affect him in the future. Not really the answer I was hoping for but at least it's something.
