Heh, just a running joke from the Game day thread.
As for the game takes I really agree that johnny needs to stop overreacting to the missed calls. I'm beginning to wonder if it wrecks his focus and is hurting his game. Just let it go and play.
Tkachuk is a gamer, that pass was awesome but also he is drawing penalties like a vet, a little grab on a stick and you get the hooking call. Learning a lot from his line mates and just natural skill. Haven't been this excited about a power forward on the Flames since Iginla.
I know Bennett is getting a lot of flack in the PGT but I thought he had a decent if unspectacular night. It's good to see fancy stats backing that up. He is missing the offensive edge to his game but I trust him a lot more on both ends of the ice than I did last year. Off year for him but not willing to give up yet.
