His body of work, on paper, has been very good. Acquiring guys like Frolik and Hamilton alone outweigh any perceived loss in skill.

Hamilton was a great move. Frolik was a good move but it's not like Treliving stole him as the guy is getting $4.3 million annually. Besides that move is pretty well cancelled by giving the same contract to a 31 year old Brouwer.
