Then it would have to be a really good movie on it's own merit and not just a good Star Wars movie. Because Lucas nearly destroyed the franchise I feel the last two movies have become a little overrated on the basis of simply being a lot better than episodes 1, 2, 3. Entertaining movie for sure. Best Motion picture worthy? Not even close. Star Trek beyond was a good movie as well but nobody's going to trumpet that for Oscars either.
