I think he has done enough to warrant another year. I don't agree with all the things he has done, but unless there is some home-run exec lined up to take the spot, I don't see why they wouldn't extend Treliving for another 2 years.
I think you have to give 2 years though, because giving 1 year sends the message that they are on thin ice and some start making desperation moves. Then again, Treliving is apparently not signed next year and seems pretty calm based on his moves, so that might not apply to him.
