That's like going up to your best talent in your workplace and calling him lazy in a safety meeting while everyone is listening, and then wonder why he wants to quit and is now working for the competition. The trade return was un-winnable even though the return wasn't too bad, its the fact that we HAD to trade him is what bothers me.

It was constructive criticism, not a public insult. Come on, this has been discussed to death. Do you really want to keep a player who is so mentally weak that he can't handle being told he needs to work harder in all 3 zones?
